Analytics consent

Analytics starts only after consent. Without a choice or after a refusal, this site does not create a visitor ID or send analytics data. Consent can be changed from the footer or this page.

Analytics data

After consent, this site stores an anonymous visitor ID in the browser's localStorage. The ID expires after 365 days and is then rotated. Analytics records page paths, page titles, pageview time, approximate country derived from the visitor IP address, user-agent details (device, browser and operating system), referring URL, UTM campaign parameters and approximate visible dwell time. A page entry creates one pageview. A 20-second heartbeat updates dwell time and last-seen time only.

Retention

Raw visitor session fields and detailed pageviews are retained for 30 days, as configured by VISITOR_RAW_RETENTION_DAYS (30 days by default). Cleanup then deletes detailed pageviews and anonymizes the browser identifier, raw IP address, IP hash, referrer, UTM parameters and landing page. Aggregated daily statistics remain for reporting and do not contain raw IP addresses. Inquiry records are retained for business handling and are not removed by visitor-log cleanup.

Inquiries and attachments

An inquiry stores the submitted contact method and any optional name, company, country or region, product, quantity, message and attachment. It also stores the submission IP address and hash, approximate country, user-agent string, source URL, language and, when analytics consent exists, the visitor ID used to associate a conversion. Inquiry data and attachments are retained as needed to respond to requests, prepare quotations and maintain business records; they can be removed following a valid deletion request.

Other storage and sharing

localStorage stores the dated analytics choice and, after consent only, the anonymous visitor ID. Both expire after 365 days; expiry requires a renewed choice and rotates the ID. No advertising or third-party analytics trackers are used, and this information is not sold. Requests for access to, correction of or deletion of personal data may be submitted through the contact page.
